Had a great experience with Mr. Sparky. The whole experience was great from scheduling to arrival they got straight to it, and quickly figured out what was going on. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just push one solution they walked me through a few different options and explained everything clearly. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and you can tell they actually know their stuff. No pressure, no upsell, just solid help. They helped me land on a safe, practical solution without overcomplicating it. If I need anything electrical in the future, I’ll definitely be calling them again

Jonaton was very professional, and courteous. He identified the issue and explained to me what caused it. He did not charge me for the information. He could have changed the outlets and I would not have known the difference. That type of honesty is rare, and much appreciated. I have a couple of small jobs that I need done, so I asked him to send me an estimate.
