A little disappointed, you sent a tech out to check my ceiling fan as to why the fan didn't work, he told me I needed a new switch, the light came on but not the fan. Bought a new switch, your tech came out to install but told me it wasn't the switch but rather the fan did not work. Now, I am buying a new fan and will have to have you come out again to install. I really think, paying for three trips is excessive.
