Out of six 24/7 companies I contacted, they were the only one who personally reached out to me instead of sending an automated response or relying on a virtual assistant. The technician took the time to call me directly, talk through the situation, and make sure I understood what was going on. That personal touch made all the difference in a stressful moment. They were kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of - not just as a customer, but as a person. They also worked with me to keep everything as affordable and fair as possible. We had exterior outlets installed along with a bathroom fan/light combo. The whole process was seamless. Appreciate Nathan’s attention to detail, kept working environment clean and organized!

I had two small electrical jobs that I wanted done at my home and I contacted Mr. Sparky through Angie’s. Mr. Sparky got back with me within minutes and within a week and a half we had the job scheduled. The technician, Nathan, did fantastic. He was thorough and careful cleaned up after himself and was here on time . Nathan installed my new fandelier and removed two can lights and installed new decorative light fixtures in my hallway on my lower level of my house.
