These guys really have it down. They are extremely organized. The scheduling was super easy. Their communication was spot on. And the technician Ethan was fantastic. They do great work. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because their prices are pretty high. But if you need them, they will be there and make your life easier. I have them on my preferred business list.

Ethan did an excellent job explaining all the options that were available for the requested job. Ethan was professional and courteous during his time on my property and made me feel comfortable dealing with his company. I plan on using Mr. Sparky in the near future to complete my needs for outdoor power. His knowledge and wonderful attitude convinced me this was the right company for the job. The quote was free and I felt no pressure from Ethan, only kindness and willingness to help.

Had some issues after power surge with last night’s storm. They came out same day ( not sure that’s always possible ). Ethan was awesome! So helpful, professional and explained things so thoroughly! He even vacuumed up a little “dust “from his work!! Definitely will use Mr Sparky again for my electrical needs and will be sure to ask for Ethan!

I had a problem with my Overhead Door. There was no power there, and Dining room. My tech was Ethan. He diagnosed a problem with the circuit breaker. It was tripped and the breaker was not staying on. Ethan replaced the breaker and GFT. I SHOULD explain that Ethan showed me the price before he fixed the problem. Ethan explained everything he would be doing. I can't say enough about my experience Ethan was very professional, very personable, and I was very comfortable knowing that ' this guy knew his stuff'. It seems that people are quick to complain but rarely recognize great service. Ethan certainly demonstrated great service. Ethan was a great example of customer service and is very much an asset to Mr. Sparkey Totally pleased and highly recommend Your company.

I wanted to take a moment and thank you for your work that was completed at my mom’s home. Your communications and professional courtesy was above beyond what I imagined to expect. Having to communicate what needed to be done at her house from several hundred miles away, your technician understood the assignment. I couldn’t be more pleased at how easy it was. I don’t remember the technicians name, you can look it up with my last name I suppose, but there needs to be some pat on the back for the team that showed up. My mom is safer and I am able to relax because of it. So, thank you unknown technicians, you are appreciated! If you need some electrical work done at your home, don’t hesitate to call Mr. Sparky.
