I had a very nice gentleman come today. He was speaking English with a little difficulty but found that my 4pt inspector had made a mistake and that there were no problems with my panel!
Josh was very knowledgeable and figured out the issue. He coordinated with FPL to engage them with an issue they are responsible for. Josh also provided me with an estimate for worst case scenario.
