Oh my goodness! Mr. Andres is an awesome electrician! He's customer-oriented, very professional, polite, helpful and very knowledgeable! Mr. Andrea is simply the best. This organization regards the consumer with respect and dignity. It is reliable.
Andres was amazing and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what he was doing and solved the problem with our new, but defective, carbon monoxide alarm/smoke alarm. His explanation was clear & concise and he answered all our questions patiently. He was reassuring that our problem was resolved. We would welcome him back any time!!
Had some issues with my A/C called a separate HVAC company and diagnosed my issues to be electrical. Called Mister Sparky and was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Had to reschedule because of work and their dispatch was able to get me an appointment that fit my schedule. When it came to my appointment the service technician showed up on time and in a professional manor. Knowledge was unmatched as he had diagnosed my problems within the first 10 minutes. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky for electronic service. They are very professional, timely and ethical. Their technician, Andres, was friendly and explained each step so I could understand. This was the second time I used them and I am a customer for life.
Easy, thorough and affordable. We are new to Colorado and our first experience with an electrical vendor was a home run. Andres came by and diagnosed the immediate issue (a faulty breaker throwing the family room outlets) quickly. He then was able to trace the master breaker through a series of four different breaker boxes and suggested (wisely) that we attach a surge breaker to that one to protect our 125 year old home. Most crucially, he found a critical wiring situation that was set directly against a gas line - could’ve been tragic. Today, his technician Devon came out, quickly installed the surge protector (man, five minutes or less!) and did a masterful job sleeving and rerouting the electrical line far away from the gas. We feel safe today because of this company and can’t thank Devon and Andres enough.
