I have since changed my review after Mister Sparky communication improved. Once we communicated I felt better and Andres Manager was able to schedule the electric panel replacement and his team did an excellent job. He even is willing to refund my $500 over payment via loan. I would recommend this company for your next eectrical needs.
Andres Alvarez came out to service our electrical issue. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to explain our problem. The good news is he quickly identified our problem. Bad news is we have to replace a dishwasher. He was professional and helpful with that as well.
Had some issues with my A/C called a separate HVAC company and diagnosed my issues to be electrical. Called Mister Sparky and was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Had to reschedule because of work and their dispatch was able to get me an appointment that fit my schedule.
