We contacted Mr. Sparky when we needed a fuse replaced in our fuse box, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Josh was our electrician, and he arrived right on time. He was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain the repairs that were needed. We were so impressed with his work and professionalism that we went ahead and scheduled another appointment to have a generator plug installed. I first contacted Mister Sparky for a buzzing sound that was coming from the main panel. Joshua arrived on time and checked everything thoroughly. He explained the issue and talked me through possible solutions. He was knowledgeable and polite. On the day of my repair he returned to walk me through and explain the details of what would be happening and to introduce the electricians that would be doing the work.
