Kristina was a ‘bright light’ in a dark room situation. Pun intended. She took her time and care looking into the situation presented as if it were her family home. She looked into all the angles presented and allowed my wishes to be the guide by which she addressed the concerns. She communicated the entire time and explained what was possible and the best course of action for our home. All business in ‘THE BEST WAY’. Customer service. I appreciate the help and look forward to working with Kristina M. again to resolve the issue. Mr Sparky was recommended to me by a family member. I’m glad they moved to the area so I could experience the service my family spoke of.
Kristina is very knowledgeable about her work. She is very eager to answer all our questions and how the process works. She also able to replaced one of our GFCI and made sure that everything works. She even encouraged us to become a member of Mister Sparky.
We were able to get scheduled quickly and Kristina M. came out to give us an estimate. She was professional and very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding the work we are needing done.
I enjoyed having Kristina do my service. She explained everything to me. I will say the cost was culture shock, but on fixed income, most unplanned expenses are a shock. Kristina Markovic is very focused and skillful. She listened as I explained to her what had happened as she tested one thing and another. Very well trained and competent. Office manager was also helpful .
