I enjoyed having Kristina do my service. She explained everything to me. I will say the cost was culture shock, but on fixed income, most unplanned expenses are a shock. Kristina Markovic is very focused and skillful. She listened as I explained to her what had happened as she tested one thing and another. Very well trained and competent. Office manager was also helpful .

First time using Mister Sparky today. They sent Kristina over as my electrician for the job today. She was on time, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable at her craft. She came in and did the job with care and in good timing. Would hire Mister Sparky again and recommend them to family and friends. Feels good to know we have great local electricians that we can count on in the Pearland area.

I recently decided to upgrade to smart lighting and reached out to Mister Sparky of Pearland for help. They made the whole process incredibly easy—from recommending the best setup for my home to handling the installation and walking me through how to connect everything to my phone. They really knew their stuff. Being able to control my lighting remotely or by voice has been a total game-changer. The technician was friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced. I’d definitely call them again for a few of the other services they offer—especially the EV charger installation. I’ve been meaning to get that done for a while, and when I talked with the technician during the smart lighting visit, he was so patient in explaining how safe and straightforward the process would be. It gave me a lot of confidence moving forward.

Kristina did a great job mounting our TV. It wasn't until after she left that I realized I preferred some adjustments on our TV--I called back and asked if we could have it adjusted and she came back without hesitation even though it was completely my fault for not realizing my preference until her job was finished. She really made sure that I was satisfied with the adjustments and was pleasant the entire time she was working. I highly recommend Kristina!
