Excellent experience with Philip Jones from Mr. Sparky! Answered my questions and explains things clearly! Great personality, too. I had done some work myself and found some issues - he was not critical at all and very helpful. Not planned, but he convinced me on a surge protector and installed it immediately. His work product is very neat! I will ask for Philip on subsequent visits!!

Technician Michael Rios from Mr. Sparky came to my house to give me a detailed outline of the work I wanted done. He gave me a price and explained when the work could be done and about how long it would take. The permit came through and technician Rios arrived within that week. He was very professional and took the time to explain why everything he did was not only for the success of the project but more importantly for the safety of all those involved! Quality parts were used and no corners were cut. The job wasn’t easy because it was done outside in the rain. Mr. Rios set up a canopy around the outside panel box and work table that he brought to protect the integrity of his work, a very nice set up. That increased my confidence in him by a mile. The job was a success and very professional looking, the inspector had no problems with signing off on the project. Technician Michael Rios is a real asset to Mr. Sparky, a fine representative for the company. I would not hesitate using Mr. Sparky again!

Phillip was an excellent tech. Very informative and explained everything that needed done during consultation. When I eventually decided to have work done, he went above and beyond with James assisting. Even doing more than the expected to do. I had two porch ceiling fans replaced. My tech was Michael Rios. He was on time, very courteous, and professional. It was a pleasure working with Michael and Mister Sparky. Will definitely recommend.
