I'm having my kitchen remodeled and the electrician they contracted didn't complete his job and it wasn't discovered until the cabinets were being put in. If Mr sparky hadn't responded immediately to my problem it was going to hold up the entire process of the remodel by weeks. Jason came out and did a great job very fast neat and clean. The remodel can now continue on.

Jason did a phenomenal job. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and showed us exactly what the issue was and how he would fix it. Pricing was fair and upfront. Jason even rolled our makeshift solution of an extension cord up and put it away in our garage! We will absolutely ask for him again as a service provider.

The technician was thorough, methodical, and clearly focused on finding the root cause rather than guessing or upselling. He took the time to diagnose multiple circuits, explained what he was seeing, and fixed the actual problem. Power was restored and everything works as it should. Very professional experience.

Josh was excellent. I got a call from the company that he was running late yet he still arrived in the window they quoted. He walked me through the job and gave me quotes on the best case and worst case scenarios for the ceiling fan replacement and the outlet repair in the bathroom. Each step of the way he let me know what he was finding and asking for any feedback on how I'd like him to proceed. When the job was finished he cleaned up his mess and removed all the trash. I'm very satisfied.

Absolutely recommend Mr. Sparky for any and all of your electrical needs. Within minutes of reaching out to them I got a response. Vicky was helpful in coordinating the appointment. Gavin, the electrician that was assigned to our case, was very professional and courteous. He was able to assess and solve our electrical problem timely and skillfully. Although this was a Sunday call, it was worth every penny!
