Big shout out to Mister Sparky electric technicians, David and Ryan. They are professional, friendly, polite, efficient and on time. They replaced our breaker panel and breakers. They also installed 2 ground rods, buried a ground cable, and two surge protectors, as well as replacing my defective outdoor GFIC. Job well done. Thank you!
I'm having my kitchen remodeled and the electrician they contracted didn't complete his job and it wasn't discovered until the cabinets were being put in. If Mr sparky hadn't responded immediately to my problem it was going to hold up the entire process of the remodel by weeks. Jason came out and did a great job very fast neat and clean. The remodel can now continue on.
The technician was thorough, methodical, and clearly focused on finding the root cause rather than guessing or upselling. He took the time to diagnose multiple circuits, explained what he was seeing, and fixed the actual problem. Power was restored and everything works as it should. Very professional experience.
Josh arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and also polite. Explained the alarms before install he tested both after install to make sure everything was ok. Definitely would have him back for other electrical work.
Josh was excellent. I got a call from the company that he was running late yet he still arrived in the window they quoted. He walked me through the job and gave me quotes on the best case and worst case scenarios for the ceiling fan replacement and the outlet repair in the bathroom. Each step of the way he let me know what he was finding and asking for any feedback on how I'd like him to proceed. When the job was finished he cleaned up his mess and removed all the trash. I'm very satisfied.
