We want to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by the Mister Sparky team at our 18-year-old home. Our initial issues included several non-operational light switches, faulty exterior outlets, and the presence of outdated halogen and fluorescent lighting. On their first visit, technicians Jason Beard and Jeremiah conducted a thorough diagnostic assessment. Their quick and accurate work led to the restoration of our exterior outlets and the installation of a new surge protector and grounding system, significantly improving our home's electrical safety and functionality. The following weekend, technician Gavin Forney completed the project by expertly upgrading 20 light fixtures to new LED units. The entire process was seamless and executed with a high level of skill. We are extremely pleased with the entire team's professionalism and the high-quality results.
Jason is not just a top notch professional electrician but is a total gentleman. He listened patiently to all of my concerns and advised me accordingly. All his was neat and clean. So from now on he is our designated electrician. He replaced our breaker boxes and labeled each one!
Our technician Jason great. He was polite and listened to our needs before he started the inspection. He provided detailed pictures and explanations of his findings and was clear on safety issues versus nice to have. After we discussed the findings we decided which ones to address and there was no pressure on the ones we decided not to. That same visit he made the repairs and updates. Definitely would call Mister Sparky the next time we need an electrician.
Mario was wonderful. He explained everything in detail that was needed and gave us options that worked with our budget. He worked diligently all day to replace our panel and we will definitely have him come back to do some of the extras that we were able to put off until later. Would highly recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone needing electrical work done.
