Neighbors tree limb fell on power line coming into our house ripping service panel and everything off the house on a Sunday evening. Mister Sparky electrician (Tristan) promptly arrived, assessed the situation, diligently explained everything that would need to be done and answered all questions and concerns. The following morning Tristan and team member arrived, completed the repairs promptly in a professional manner. Very satisfied with experience and work. Thank you Tristan and your assistant.

We began using Mr. Sparky for our electrical needs several years ago. They never disappoint. They come when they say they will, give us an accurate estimate, and do the job quickly and professionally. And they send out experienced electricians like Samuel Engle—very personable with a delightful sense of humor!

Rodney came out to give us an estimate on a whole home generator install, and I was immediately impressed by how knowledgeable and professional he was. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. He was also so pleasant to work with that I ended up having him take care of some additional electrical work on the spot. Everything was done quickly, neatly, and with great attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the experience—highly recommend Rodney for anyone in need of a skilled and trustworthy electrician!

Mr Sparky (Rodney) arrived on time, very personable and moved my outdated breaker panel from inside to outside where it should be, went from 150 to 200A, he also had to deal with Hot Springs ENTERGY shenanigans while making sure I had power for the night, he did all of this and continued to be jovial, finished on time, left the job site clean and got my power back on. We had an amazing experience with Rodney and Derek! They not only solved our issue quickly and effectively, but Rodney was super helpful in his explanation of the cause of the issue and in his recommendations for future protection. We really appreciated them doing a thorough safety evaluation of our home to give us peace of mind. We will have to have them back soon because our cat was also obsessed with Rodney.
