We had an amazing experience with Rodney and Derek! They not only solved our issue quickly and effectively, but Rodney was super helpful in his explanation of the cause of the issue and in his recommendations for future protection. We really appreciated them doing a thorough safety evaluation of our home to give us peace of mind. We will have to have them back soon because our cat was also obsessed with Rodney. Rodney was on time and very professional. He did a thorough inspection and gave us options on what he thought needed to be updated according to code. Our house is older so we thought it would be best to do some updating for safety. He installed a ceiling fan and a surge protector and smoke alarm.
