Mr Sparky was one of the few places who returned our call and had same week availability. Our electrician, Duncan, was knowledgeable, communicative about the work, and a pleasure to be around. We are very happy with the results and will use Mr Sparky for our next project.
Had an appointment scheduled between 8am and noon today. Never showed up. Update: Manger called and apologized and gave me a discount for the lost time. In addition they were able to have someone come out and complete the job even though it was late and dark. The work was good and the price competitive.
We had an electrical emergency at 10 PM and Mr Sparky was the first entry on Google. The young lady on the phone was nice and professional, quickly gathering details. An electrician was out early the next morning and went through a series of troubleshooting options. He was very knowledgeable And friendly. Our electrical issue was repaired early the following day and they even installed a dedicated line for us to help prevent issues in the future. Their prices were good & the work done very fast. Mr Sparky will definitely be our go to electrician for emergencies or any upgrades to the house electrical we may do in the future. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!
