Jacob L. was absolutely fantastic. He went over the safety inspection report with me thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He went the extra mile by not only doing the work but proceeded to show me what he was looking at, explaining up-to-date codes and providing reasoning behind it. Highly would recommend him again!
I recently had to a whole home smoke detector replacement completed, and the process was efficient and thorough from start to finish. I highly recommend technician Jacob L, he is thoughtful, personable and detailed oriented. Jacob also went through an electrical inspection and took time to point out key observations with explanations of current safety standards. Mister Sparky recently completed a generator project for me. They also installed a whole home surge protection system. They took care of everything including procuring the right generator for my needs and coordinating with a professional plumber for the natural gas line hook up.
