Ceiling Fan Installation

Alex arrived on time at 8am, went over what was going to be done and got right to work. Worked straight threw till job was done, 2pm. He cleaned up mess from cutting into drywall before leaving and then went over what he did. As always, Mr Sparky and their crews did a great job.

After experiencing an unexpected electrical emergency, I had the pleasure of working with Nick and Javier. They responded promptly and handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and expertise. Both were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, ensuring I felt informed and confident in the work being completed. Nate and Jesus were wonderful. They explained the problem with my electric box. I wish I had call Mister Sparky before I bought the house. The house inspector didn't tell me about the box that had to be replaced. Nate and Jesus worked from 8 am to 7:30 pm. They cleaned up afterwards.

Called on an evening that was probably already packed for these folks, but first Julie the dispatcher worked wonders to fit us into an already-busy schedule. we had an emergency with some wiring getting too hot behind a thermostat and melting, and we have electric baseboard heating. Zack was sent out to our house (as well as a text message with his picture and some info regarding his work) and got here relatively quickly; he diagnosed our issue and offered a couple options as well as pricing, and once we chose he worked efficiently. he readily answered questions (we had a lot) and was friendly and open. we are really, tremendously grateful that Zack was able to get out here ahead of such a beast of a predicted storm and take care of our issue. there is no doubt that in future, we will use their services again.
