I am beyond pleased with the work just completed. Jason was quick, pleasant, and very professional about replacing 2 defective protruding exterior GFCI outlets at my house. He pointed out that the outlet on the front porch was a fire hazard due to nicked wire insulation. Excess moisture was probably causing the circuit to trip repeatedly. These outlets were 24 years old and needed replaced. I was so pleased with the responsiveness of Christian at the main office and the timeliness of Jason's arrival to complete the work. I called Mr. Sparky of Greater Columbus to inquire about wiring my kiln. The person I spoke with was kind and they sent Jason to give me a free quote a day or two later. Jason was professional, explained the process clearly, and gave me the quote before he even left. When I decided to book the service, they were able to come the next day. Jason and the young man who came with him worked efficiently. They even checked on another outlet while they were here and saw that it was just a matter of twisting some wires together so they fixed it on the spot. Excellent service and good pricing.
