Our main breaker outside the home caught fire the night before leaving to go on vacation. Mister sparky answered our call and had someone onsite in a little more than an hour after 10pm. Through many telephone calls Brian was able to get our power back on before coming back home. We followed up with some supplemental work and we agreed to their yearly maintenance plan. Overall great experience from a standup man, Brian and the rest of the team at Mister Sparky.

Jerry arrived at my home discussed the choices to complete my job. He was very polite and knowledgeable of his skills to finish my job. He completed the installation of kitchen light in a short time. I was very pleased with his manner of completing the task at hand. I would recommend him to all who needs electrical work done. Two thumbs up!

I am nothing short of impressed with Mister Sparky of Florence. If you're a business owner reading this and you think that not having a real live person on your end of the phone line isn't important, you are sorely misguided. Alexa (a real person) answered the line when I called. The only reason I didn't have to search for an electrician is because of the company's jingle, "888 8 Sparky". Yes, a jingle works too, folks. Alexa had me sold just by her professional and personable demeanor. We made small talk all while she masterfully extracted the information she needed from me to make my appointment which happened to have been a choice of two convenient next day openings. Great work young lady! Alexa opened the door for the incredible David Poston to contact me the next morning after Cassandra made a confirmation text for my appointment. I received an introductory text from David with a photo of himself and a short biography ensuring me he was a real person just like me. That was incredibly comforting to me as a consumer seeking his professional expertise. I know nothing about electricity beyond changing a light bulb. David didn't make us feel bad about our lack of knowledge. He did what a professional in his field does and got us up and running. You're a good man and excellent electrician, David. Thank you, Sir! I don't have to say who I'm calling for my electrical issues in the future. If you, reader, want the best in service and professional, technical expertise, you should call too! Mister Sparky of Florence has proven to me that there are businesses out there that still commit to earning a customer the right way. And here's the icing on the cake: THEY ARE AFFORDABLE!

I had to have an electrician come yesterday to get an estimate to rewire a water heater that I am moving. Daniel from Mr. Sparky gave me the estimate, complete with pictures and prices for everything he would need to complete the job. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained every step of the the job so that I know everything he is going to do. I recommend Mr. Sparky and Daniel with no reservations! 12/23/26 I had the water heater installed today. David Poston did the rlrctrical wiring for the water heater. He did an excellent job and worked very quickly. He left his work area as clean as it was when he started. David is also very personable. I have his card and will ask for him if I need any electrical work done in the future!
