Our main breaker outside the home caught fire the night before leaving to go on vacation. Mister sparky answered our call and had someone onsite in a little more than an hour after 10pm. Through many telephone calls Brian was able to get our power back on before coming back home. We followed up with some supplemental work and we agreed to their yearly maintenance plan. Overall great experience from a standup man, Brian and the rest of the team at Mister Sparky.
Thank goodness we called this business! Jerry did an amazing job! Brian was a great help, too. They were very patient at completing our request for several jobs in our home and not in a rush to get to the next job. So professional and knowledgeable. I like how you receive a call, email and picture before arrival. This makes you feel confident and safe. If you need a fantastic electrician this is the one!

We had an unexpected issues with our electrical box outside due to duke energy not doing there job correctly and we were in dismay on what to do and we called mr sparky and they sent Jerry Andrews out to us , this gentleman got here quick , was extreamly knowledgeable, and where everyone else I had spoken too was telling us they couldn't do it , he was able to get it done and unfortunately had to listen to a whirlwind of crazy that was going on around him in the process. If more than 5 stars were able to be given he would definitely be getting every single one possible . He was definitely an angel in disguise for our whole family! Extreamly courteous and well mannered and came into a chaotic scene and helped ease our minds and was able to get the power straightened out. If I was his boss I would highly value this employee and definitely give him a raise because, he went above and beyond his job last night and made a horrible situation come to a halt and give us peace... we cant be thankful enough for his services and dedication and understanding .
Daniel James and his partner came to my home today to give me an estimate on two tasks, I agreed on the estimate, which they gave me the best deal possible, and they went ahead and completed the jobs right away! They were fast, clean, and very knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend the services to anyone needing electrical services! I had a fan installed, and a 240v outlet installed took them less than two hours!
