Jerry arrived at my home discussed the choices to complete my job. He was very polite and knowledgeable of his skills to finish my job. He completed the installation of kitchen light in a short time. They were very patient at completing our request for several jobs in our home and not in a rush to get to the next job. So professional and knowledgeable. We had a move of a power pole, trenching to three out buildings, the installation of sub panels and the wiring of outlets and light switches. Daniel as the lead technician was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Daniel and his team member, his name escapes me, completed over 300 feet of trenching the first day. We were very impressed with this feat as there were many tree roots to overcome. The installation and wiring of the three outbuildings took two days. Three days to complete the job. The county inspector arrived the next day and spent approximately 10 minutes to inspect Daniels work. Duke Progress arrived later in the afternoon, as the inspection results were satisfactory with no comments from the county inspector. The Duke Lineman re-tapped the new power pole and moved the meter. No concerns were noted by the Duke Lineman. We are very satisfied with the work that Daniel and his team performed. We do recommend Mr. Sparky for those folks who wish to have electrical work performed. Bill

Great experience resolving a series of complex upgrades! My home is older and has had several additions over the decades and I had three breaker boxes consolidated into one that meets code. Smaller non related repairs were also included in this job. Brian (master electrician) and his assistant, Billy, came out to take on this huge transformation. I will say that Brian totally knows his stuff and at this point would not consider using anybody else. A larger company such as Mister Sparky actually can setup and complete jobs much faster than some of the local guys that may be great at what they do, but just don't have the resources to get these larger jobs done so quickly. Brian coordinated: pulling permits for the job, ensuring the power company was onsite (day of) to disconnect power from the street, have them return for reconnection, as well as the coordination of onsite county inspection to dovetail in a way that to me seemed seamless. Everyone was extremely professional ensuring proper protocol was followed to meet code. If you have an older home that was constructed in the 1950s - 1970s, please check to see if you have any Federal Pacific breaker boxes. Also do your own due diligence and you will see countless accounts of the dangers that exist due to breakers not flipping when electrical overloads do occur. Your house could burn down (based on my online research). All of this was done over the span of one and a half days (cold, windy, with rain); these guys just kept going at it regardless. I am more than pleased and can rest better knowing my older home is safer. I recommend using this group and I will be reaching out again for some smaller (nice to have) upgrades soon.
