John Waltz and Zach Force are truly the best! I was nervous about having a big job done, but John helped me through everything and the work him, Zach and the crew did blew my mind. They put in a whole new electrical box for my house and installed 2 new lights in my garage. All I can say is wow! It's the nicest thing in the house now lol The siding took some damage to get their job completely done but, John had a siding guy come to fix it with no extra charge to me! Unbelievably awesome! John Waltz, Zach Force, the crew and the siding guy are all God sent angels. Thank you guys so very much! Truly the greatest!

Carlos C and the Mr. Sparky team provided excellent electrical service for my 1928 home. Carlos arrived within the appointment window and after sending timely reminders. Once on site, he was professional, answered all my questions, and even checked additional outlets I was concerned about. The quote was fair and all work was completed efficiently. While the initial phone experience was professional, I would suggest holding off on the electrical plan pitch until after the home evaluation (which is when I ultimately decided to sign up for the annual breaker box cleaning and annual electrical inspection). Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely use Mr. Sparky for future electrical projects to update my older home’s wiring. Special thanks to Carlos C. for his five star service!

I had a great experience with my technician, Rick. My microwave stopped working, and he arrived earlier than his expected ETA to diagnose the issue. After checking the breaker panel, outlet, GFI, and microwave, he explained that the electrical system was fine and I likely needed a new microwave. Rick was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, clearly explaining everything in simple terms. I’ll definitely call Mr. Sparky again for any future electrical needs!

Dustin did another great job in my home. A simple dead out let lead to a bigger problem that neither of us inspected. He troubleshooted the problem thoroughly and never once made me feel pressured to move forward with the next steps. He explained what he was doing and thinking to allow me to understand his thought process and make informed decisions. In the end he found a problem that was very well hidden and close to causing a house fire due to negligence from the previous home owner changing wiring on their own without proper knowledge of the aluminum wiring in the home. They had moved the outlet themselves improperly and completely covered up the previous box with no access, this caused me to have no knowledge of it. I am grateful for his expertise and this is why Mr. Sparky is my preferred choice for electrical needs for over 30 years thanks to the work on my parents home and continued help on my own home.
