After discovering a dangerous issue with my dryer outlet in which the dryer 220amp outlet had heated to the point of melting the dryer plug and causing it to burn the surrounding wall, I contacted Mister Sparky to evaluate the problem. What began as a concern about one outlet turned into the realization that my home’s electrical panel needed to be replaced and properly rewired. The technician, David King, and his teammate Ryan handled the situation with professionalism and care from start to finish. They installed a new 150-amp, 32-space electrical panel, carefully organizing and labeling the wiring so everything is now clear and properly configured. What impressed me most was how thorough they were. They didn’t just fix the immediate problem—they made sure the entire system was safe and up to proper standards. They also handled the permit and administrative process, which made things much easier for me as the homeowner. Electrical issues can be intimidating, especially when you realize how serious they could have become. The team explained what they were doing, worked efficiently, and left the panel clean, organized, and professionally finished. I’m extremely grateful for their skill and professionalism and would absolutely recommend Mister Sparky to anyone needing electrical work done. Knowing that this work was permitted and done correctly gives me real peace of mind.

Mr Sparky did a great job doing a full upgrade to my house electrical system that included: full electrical panel and breakers, outside meter box, adding a secondary power cut off, grounding, service mast, and house and AC surge protectors. Geoff Rose stepped in as the branch manager to make sure everything was being taken care of to my expectations and standards and within my budget. Their technician Gabriel and his assistants did a phenomenal job doing the full installation. Very happy with the outcome.
