Sal and Austin did excellent work on our install of the EV charger for our new vehicle. They were very fast and efficient. Terry came for the initial consultation. He was very knowledgeable about what was needed and explained the entire process and purchase with great detail. Dave and Terry were here after the install to go over final paperwork. It was an excellent experience overall! They have excellent customer service as a company and provide all information up front. I love that they offer warranties with their service. Highly recommended company.

I needed a quote for some electrical work to do in my house. I searched and found Mister Sparkly, we did an appointment, and I had a great experience with the level of professionalism and expertise from Terry Hines. He explained everything in words that I could understand, and he quoted me in different works that I wanted to do. He gave me a great service and orientation as a new home owner. Part of the work will start as soon as the next day. Thank you so much! Update - Tyler and Cory came in today to do the project, and as Terry, they were so professional and diligent in their work that I was totally impressed for their high-quality ethics and professionalism. Our service tech was David King, he was professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. He installed a new outdoor ceiling fan. I was happy with the service would recommend David for your electrical needs.

Terry was thorough and explained in detail all that has to be done. Even looked into financing, etc. Outstanding! Daniel and Austin (I think) were both fantastic. Sorry Austin and his partner had to wait so long for Duke to get back out for turning back on. Great job!

Terry was a wonderful service advisor and technician. He took a look at my extensive list of electrical issues and addressed each one individually before giving me a final cost. He was extremely knowledgeable about electricity and the requirements for my home, and also very friendly and personable.
