We had a very positive experience with Mister Sparky Electric located in Englewood, Ohio. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and timely throughout the whole process. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything that was scheduled to be done was completed as expected. Any delays we experienced were due to the power company and were completely unrelated to Mister Sparky’s work or effort. They communicated well, showed up when expected (~after emailing a photo of who was to arrive for safety purposes), and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and would absolutely recommend Mister Sparky to anyone looking for a reliable honest team and high-quality service.

If your looking for great electricians/technicians look NO FURTHER!! The whole staff is amazing. My experience from start to finish was outstanding. I needed to update my panel and kitchen outlets so I found this company and I highly recommend. Erica (sorry if I’m misspelling names lol) who set up my appointment was an absolute sweetheart, then Nick came out to inspect and go over any questions then Jake came in and hooked me up! I had to go to work so I was only there to let Jake inside and man he did an amazing job I asked him to lock up on his way out since I was gone he was so professional and did as asked and even gave me a call to when he was leaving. Oh and let’s not forget he left NO MESS!! I’m using this company again in the near future.

Called Mister Sparky to do the wiring for a half bath we were adding to the house. While inspecting the power box they discovered water had been seeping into the main panel from the power cable outside creating a hazardous situation. They replaced the main box, outside cable (putting it into conduit) and then wired our new bathroom. All work was done neatly and correctly and for a good price. Clean up was excellent. Nick, Shane, Tyler and Tyler were friendly, knowledgeable and explained what they were doing and why. In the future I will call them again for any electrical work. Highly recommended!!

I enjoyed my time with this company. They arrived quickly after my initial call for service, quote was complete and nick was very pleasant and respectful. The women in the office were easy to work with and always so polite on the phones! Shawn and his crew were out to do the work and I can not say enough great things about Shawn! At one point in my project a concern came up and one of the owners Ben went out of his way to contact me and explain it all in detail. I am very pleased to write a review for Mister Sparky. The entire experience was very professional from the time I opened my door and was greeted by Nick with such a friendly attitude. He has a great personality, super knowledgeable and professional. He provided us with the information for the job that was being requested, and also provided information for future jobs that we would like to have performed. He spent as much time as we needed to ensure that we understood everything about the services that were going to be provided. The technicians who performed the service today, Shawn and Tyler were also very friendly and professional. They did a superb job with our complicated outlet installation for our fireplace conversion project. They installed conduit on the outside of our home and the job was very professionally completed and I am very pleased. Loved the text reminders for my appointment and alerts for when technicians were on their way. They also provided photos so you knew who was coming to your home. I highly recommend Mister Sparky’s electrical services and will most definitely utilize them again for any future electrical needs that may arise.
