Nick was wonderful! Very thorough and caring from his findings. Would absolutely recommend them! Isiah came out after we had electrical issues with our washer. He was very nice and took care of the problem. He ordered us a new washer that same day. Shawn finished up on the last day and did a great job. He went through everything he finished up and was very thorough.
Absolutely incredible experience!! Ended up unexpectedly needing my panels replaced on my house after recent storm damage and Nick & his team were able to get the job done same day!! The entire team was incredibly responsive & thorough. I love that they are a local, family owned business…they really treat you like family. We had a very positive experience with Mister Sparky Electric located in Englewood, Ohio. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and timely throughout the whole process. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything that was scheduled to be done was completed as expected. Any delays we experienced were due to the power company and were completely unrelated to Mister Sparky’s work or effort. They communicated well, showed up when expected (~after emailing a photo of who was to arrive for safety purposes), and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and would absolutely recommend Mister Sparky to anyone looking for a reliable honest team and high-quality service.
Totally satisfied with the electrical work done by Mister Sparky! Price was quoted upfront and never changed even though prior work done by a contractor created a real challenge that prevented the electrician to access the area in the attic needed to install a dedicated service line to my microwave. Challenge was met head on and he was able to complete the job without having to resort to other means. Honest, friendly professionals that were respectful of my property. I appreciate their work ethics!
