We had some electrical repairs that needed to be completed in our house. Customer service in the office was great and they got the electrician Murphy out to our house quickly. Murphy was polite, friendly and took the time to explain what needed to be done. He was able to work around our schedule to get everything done timely and did so with a great attitude. Called Mr Sparky at 11:00am, had Mathew at my house at 2:30pm.... Excellent customer service! Mathew came to try and fix a ceiling fan that stopped working. Upon investigation it was the remote control receiver box. He removed it, rewired it and had the fan working in 15 min. And he was the most pleasant young man I've talked to in some time! I highly recommend this company and Mathew in particular!!

After organizing his crew and the heavy machinery and equipment needed, Matthew and his colleague started the work, bright and early the following day. When we got home - everything was set up and working and Matthew even cleaned up our driveway - leaving it all neat and tidy. After calling multiple other companies in the Ellijay area and even having a different one over - we are very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism the team - especially Matthew has demonstrated.
