Hot Tub & Pool Rewiring

Ben Kremer, with Mr. Sparky, is the best ❤️ He came out about a week ago and added a breaker for our new hot tub. We were very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness, and easy-going manner, that we decided to have the whole outside upgraded. Ben had a vacation planned, so we could have had the job done, sooner, by someone else, but we waited for Ben. We're so glad we did. Ben went above and beyond anything we could have expected. I didn't even want to get a quote from Mr. Sparky, after the last job we had done. Ben has restored my faith in good people and in Mr. Sparky. Thank-you, Ben Kremer ❤️

Today we had Daniel and Matt come out and fix our downed electrical pole. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about their work. I feel comfortable with the work they did on my home and can rest easy knowing that it was all done right (added bonus of the three year warranty isn’t bad either 😅). The whole experience with this company was great and I would definitely recommend them.

Chris did an excellent job listening to my initial project — which was to wire two ring lights. He took a look at the electrical panels and quickly realized they were from the 70s and posed a threat to surges and potential disasters due to the condition of the panels. I wasn’t initially thinking to replace the panels — but thanks to Chris’s educational approach, I went ahead and replaced the panels. Chris said “I treat every home like my own when giving advice”. I really appreciated that. His partner Dejuan was very supportive and did a great job as well. Premium service — it wasn’t cheap. But you don’t want to go cheap when it comes to electrical work. Go with Mister Sparky.

Chris our technician was very knowledgeable, explained all details before and after work. Went over plans with us with great details and knowledge. We feel we were in good hands and know we can call back for any future work if need. We highly recommend this company. Had to call Mr Sparky back, this time Ben came out with a different view and figured out the main culprit to what was causing breaker to cut off from main bathroom \bedroom area. Had a great experience with this company. They have been to our house twice to hang ceiling fans and install a new light fixture. Very professional and RONALD was great. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Ronald for your professionalism, knowledge and kindness!
