I am very happy to say that Mister Sparky responded immediately to my previous review and sent their Operations Manager promptly at 8 am to resolve the problem. He moved the outlet the additional 3 ft away from the hot tub that was originally requested, he was professional and courteous, and he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. It is refreshing to find a company that stands behind their work and quickly resolves any problems that arise. Should we need electrical work done in the future, we will call them first.
I needed some electrical work done quickly to be able to close on my house. I called Mr. Sparky and they were able to come out the next day. The electrician Kyle was very professional and thorough. He showed up on time and got the work done quickly. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky and will definitely be using them again in the future.
My service person Virgil came out to inspect my electrical issues. One was a plug hanging from the wall & other two issues had to be investigated a lil further but wasn’t guaranteed to find the issue. So we didn’t do other job yet. Will wait til I get bathroom remodel with walls knocked down for better investigation. Virgil was friendly & knowledgeable & let me know everything b4 he did the work. C u soon Virgil, I have more work to come, will use Mr Sparky again.
We had a fantastic experience with Mr. Sparky! We needed our panel and service line from the street replaced and some other little things installed like ceiling fans, bathroom fans, a couple outlets etc. They were great to work with from the estimate to the follow up. The estimate process was transparent and honest, everything written down and explained. Scheduling was straightforward and easy too. The company sent out 4 awesome technicians that answered my questions and worked very hard to successfully get the job done in less than 10 hours. We had a couple issues arise after the work was done but they didn't hesitate to come out at my convenience and fix them. They did great work, on time and at a reasonable cost. 5 outta 5 HIGHLY recommend! Seriously, call them.
Had an urgent issue with our kitchen light switch which warranted immediate attention. Mr. Sparky was the only company out of three I called that actually had a technician that was on call after hours. Jose showed up an hour after I called, diagnosed issue and repaired. We had to shut power off to kitchen and due to how the wiring is it also cut power to my elderly disabled mother’s room. Jose brought in his very bright lantern so that she wouldn’t have to be in the dark while he made repairs. Great customer service The price was certainly reasonable and I highly recommend them… Thank you
