I am very happy to say that Mister Sparky responded immediately to my previous review and sent their Operations Manager promptly at 8 am to resolve the problem. He moved the outlet the additional 3 ft away from the hot tub that was originally requested, he was professional and courteous, and he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. It is refreshing to find a company that stands behind their work and quickly resolves any problems that arise. Should we need electrical work done in the future, we will call them first.
My experience was great!! Virgil was very respectful and knowledgeable about his work, he took time explaining and walking me through the process of locating and fixing the problems at hand. He also went the extra mile in helping me solve a problem outside of what he was called for. I would highly recommend him to others in need.
Patrick was informative and efficient. Disconnected and capped wires to a heating unit in my ceiling that I don't use, as my house is 150 years old and I don't know when that unit was installed. Now I feel safe. Checked my outlets and breaker box for no extra charge. Very friendly and respectful person.
Mr. Sparkey was such a great choice. They came out the next day gave us a quote that was extremely affordable. That same week Payton came out and was so professional and knowledgeable.. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky for any job big or small.
Patrick is a JOURNEYMAN as well as a CONSULTANT for MR. SPARKY Electric. We spent a couple minutes reiterating what information was emailed to me previously. I had my own inspection requests and everything was adjusted to my requirements. This company is authorized to work in the city of Hamilton, Ohio which is not all electrician's. Not only is the company "Mr. SPARKY" a good and reputable company, my personal suggestion would be to personally ask for Patrick to do the work. He's also a CHEF from the state of California. Thank you for your help, knowledge and professionalism.
