Zach was amazing, respectful, and professional. He did a great job at finding my electrical problem and fixing it. He was fair with his pricing. Communicated well about when he would be available and let me know as he was on the way to the appointment. I would highly recommend Zach and Mr sparky to anyone that needs electrical help. Thank you
I had Zach as a technician. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and polite which is rare with the company I was using before. Definitely glad I made the change. He not only fixed the problem but took the time to answer all of my questions and left me with the satisfaction of a job well done. Had Murphy as the technician... fantastic job. Same day service, worked fast and everything worked great. He also did a good job diagnosing the problem and saved me money, was able to repair a ceiling fan light I thought we'd have to replace. Highly recommend.
