Mario was so efficient and charming. Great customer service. He went to get the part to install and returned in less than 20 minutes. I so appreciated that he didn't put me off by saying they'd need to order the part and come back another day. He installed the new part in the same appointment. So easy!
We had a fantastic experience with Jim getting us setup with a Tesla EV charger installed at our home. Great communication from start to finish. He was fast to get us a fair quote and scheduled for installation the following week. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Everything just worked great once he completed the job. Mario and Josh (owner) came out to help me with a cabling issue. They tried but unfortunately it wasn’t solvable (not their fault). The integrity of this company goes far beyond what you see nowadays. Since it wasn’t fixed, they didn’t charge me despite being in this cold weather. I would recommend them 1000% beyond any reservation. I will use them with any future needs and highly suggest anyone else in need to do the same. Thank you both!!!

5 stars is not enough. The level of communication, responsiveness and quality of work has been exceptional. There was even a mix up on where to locate all of our deck lights and 9 out of 10 companies would have pointed the finger at me and said you weren't clear enough with your instructions - not these guys. The owner himself came out the next day, stayed late on a Friday afternoon and made sure everything was just right. Who does that nowadays? If every company was like them the world we be a much better place. Cant recommend highly enough!
