He seemed to do a great job on the outlet replacement. I was a bit surprised by the price to do such a small task; he mentioned that there was a minimum charge for any work plus a charge for him coming out, so the fairly small fix ended up being over 200 dollars. Also, I wasn’t given the tablet to sign off on the work upon payment; he instead signed something for me. I would have preferred to get to read the statements and sign it myself.

Garry responded to our home on Thanksgiving Eve. What I thought was a small problem, ended up being a more in depth situation. Since we bought our home in 2022, we have had various outlets that would work intermittently. Mainly, our issues stemmed from our bathroom outlets and our exterior.
