With Mr. Electric no longer servicing the Decatur area, I found myself in need of a new electrician. Thankfully, Mr. Sparky stepped up when I needed them most. Joe, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and treated my home with care and respect. He greeted me with a strong handshake and a wide smile. I especially appreciated that he put on disposable shoe covers before stepping on my carpet—small detail, but it meant a lot. Joe took the time to walk me through every possible outcome, explaining each step clearly along with the corresponding pricing. I found the rates to be fair and in line with the quality of work being done. When the issue proved to be a bit much for one person, Joe called in Aaron, an apprentice, to help ensure the job was completed efficiently. Aaron displayed the same level of professionalism and work ethic as Joe—something I believe speaks volumes about the culture at Mr. Sparky. In the end, my electrical issue was fully resolved in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. The workspace was left spotless—vacuumed and cleaned—with hardly any sign that work had even been done. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky for any electrical needs.
