Aric Moore was an amazing electrician to have at our facility. He came out with less than 24 hours' notice, stayed with me until 2:00 AM, and helped me work through issues with PSO. His customer service was outstanding, and the quality of his work was exceptional. He didn't cut corners, communicated clearly, and followed through on everything he promised. On top of that, his quote came in lower than the first electrician we contacted, and he honored his pricing without any surprises. In today's world, finding someone who keeps their word and takes pride in their craftsmanship is huge. I highly recommend Aric and his team to anyone looking for reliable, professional electrical work.
Mr. Sparky has treated me very well. They responded over the weekend and a holiday weekend at that. They were honest, up front and provided me with several options. They were not pushy at all in regards to choosing what option I wanted to pursue. The service tech Josh S has been wonderful. Polite, hard working and cleaned up after himself including mopping my floor since he tracked mud in my house. Josh has taken the time to explain things to me as well as answer all my questions. I truly appreciate him and the hard work he has done. It was a big project and he handled it well. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky.
Meng was understanding of my situation and helpful toward my goal. After his assessment and sales pitch, Meng isolated my issue and instructed me on the correct approach. He was however delayed by the previous appt so I was kurt with him. It is always good customer service practice to communicate with your clients regarding being held up and offer the new ETA. Customers don't appreciate not knowing where the technician is and not knowing his/her arrival time. A simple heads up is so helpful and appreciated.
Aric Moore was awesome! He came in and did the job to perfection in a timely manner. He also helped out with a little extra. I’ll be sure and refer him to anyone who asks. Actual life saver
Chris was absolutely wonderful. He did a safety check of my home then discussed it with me . He was able to answer all my questions with full explanations . He took his time answering to accommodate my lack of knowledge with electricity . He made sure I understood everything. He was very professional and I could tell he really loved his company . He was a delightful young man with manners . I will always ask for him .
