We are so glad Chris was our service guy today. We knew that we needed a new fire alarm but did not know there were better alarms on the market. And Mr Soarky has a really good fire alarm. We bought six and had them installed. In addition, we purchased surge protectors for our three fuse boxes and both HVAC, outdoor units. It was a big bill compared to what we were anticipating but our electrical system is now fully protected. Thank you, Chris!

Had a main breaker box needing relocated and brought up tp code. Austin, from Sparky, said he would stay on the job until power was restored. He completed the job the same day and got power back up. Very professional and hard working.

Excellent customer service! It is not easy to find a company that stands behind the quality of their work. The general manager himself came out to resolve a minor issue from a previous service call, and took his time to make sure it was done right. Truly went above and beyond. Outstanding Service — We've Found Our Electrician! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mister Sparky of Barrington and Northbrook! Jack came out to our home and was an absolute professional from start to finish. Not only did he install a new outdoor outlet, but he also took the time to address and seal up work where previous electricians had overlooked important details. What really impressed us was his thoughtful, practical advice. He offered excellent recommendations for saving energy and even suggested a solar light for the end of our driveway rather than a more expensive wired solution. He genuinely focused on what would work best for our home and our budget! He also provided a quote for upgrading our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms to a fully hardwired system. It's refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely interested in helping homeowners make smart decisions rather than simply selling additional services. It initially appeared that my main vanity lighting in my master bath unsuite had stopped working. One quick call to Mr. Sparky and they were able to secure loose wiring and repair the switch. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

I really appreciated that after 5pm, a local real human been promptly answered my calls that speaks English, politely and helpfully as Becka and Geny. They schedule me quickly for next morning for free quotes. They sent a text with 30 minutes advance notice to let me know the tech was on his way. The Electrician Gavin Forney arrived on time. When asked him if he had shoes covers before entering my home, surprisly he already have it handy the nicest ever and happily ready to use it. He is very kind, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. The prices quoted was fair and my options where fully explained without pushing sales speech. Gavin was very pleasant to work with, so I decide to go forward to have the job done in the same day. He already come prepared to work, and cleaned the area after done an amazing job. I would request him for future projects, and most definitely recommended him for friends and family.

Joseph was diligent with his work and installed an EV charger for me. It was a sizable job given a new panel needed to be installed as well. I am happy with the end result.

Mister Sparky is a professional company. I love their staff from our technician, Omar, to Jim that appears to be head of the central command center. Besides great work the communication between us the client and their office is stellar. We upgraded our meter to meet city code for our remodel.

Tyler Cox and his apprentice were absolutely outstanding. They worked until an hour after dark making sure the job was done and it was ready for us to use the next day. Tyler was efficient and hard working. He was helpful and especially adept at keeping me, the customer, informed and in the loop regarding the job at hand. My wife and I were very pleased with the manner in which these young men represented the company they work for. Based on my interaction with these gentleman I would not hesitate to use Mister Sparky again.
