Smart Sprinkler Controller

I can’t complain I lost power to my efficiency apartment on New Year’s Eve at night Mister sparky tech Frank Ramirez came out to look at the problem and of course my electricity was the original from when the home was built 1950. Frank Thoroughly explained the problems I was having. Frank, David and Jason took care of the problem. Keep in mind the reviews helped me to choose a Reliable company. I have no regrets yes a little costly but so worth it! Thank you guys you all did an amazing job and no mess to clean up afterwards. Frank did go above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Photos from old to new and added. I need a little electric wiring fix in my bathroom and frank stop by and took care of the problem. I can’t complain 100% Satisfied.

I had a really good experience working with Richard Cummings, Jr., an electrician from Mister Sparky. He arrived early, was professional and personable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He clearly walked me through the pricing, the recommended repairs, and which items were higher priority versus things that could wait, which I appreciated. Richard wasn’t pushy at all, answered my questions patiently, and made me feel comfortable and safe having the work done in my home. He completed the job efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. Overall, the experience felt transparent and respectful, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained from start to finish.

Ant and Mark did an excellent job servicing my home today. They came out to give an estimate on my issue with no power to my water heater. They found that the water heater breaker was tripping and not resetting. I provided the breaker and they replaced that for me but they noticed in the laundry room was missing a bushing and the grounding wasn’t up to par along with a loose box. They did a great job of letting me know the issues and provided options for me. I will be recommending to family and friends the great work they completed for me. I now have hot water ; and now a happy customer!

Robert Ramirez was the technician that Mr. Sparky sent out to assess my electrical issue. Roberto was professional, courteous, and personable. He knowledgeable and explained everything well. He completed the project within an hour and made sure that I was informed of what he was doing throughout the process. I would recommend Mr. Sparky, and especially Roberto, if you are having electrical issues.
