Michael Kramer did an incredible job at my house today. He installed around five light fixtures and a ceiling fan, and everything came out great. I work in property management and deal with contractors and vendors on a regular basis, so I know good work when I see it. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what he does. He went above and beyond and was easily one of the best electricians I’ve worked with. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone needing electrical work and will absolutely request him again in the future. Great experience from start to finish.

I've hired this company twice now, and both times they stood out as exceptional. They are open to showing me how they troubleshoot and I've learned a lot both times they came. First time they came out, an outlet was replaced. The second time they did an inspection to make sure there was no issue and investigated in the crawl space to make sure things were connected properly, free of charge. At no point did I feel like they were selling me something. They just want to make sure things were done correctly. I will definitely be calling them with any electrical issue in the future.

Colby installed ceiling fans. Plus smoke detectors in bedroom’s to bring the house up to code and a replacement of a faulty GFI in a bathroom. His service was excellent. He did his work in the most efficient and professional manner. I could not be more pleased with his service. I will be requesting that he install another ceiling fan in the near future. You have a most valuable employee. You are lucky to have him in your company.

Robert from 5 Star Richmond followed my instructions perfectly. I had called and put in a request to have someone check my elderly mom’s doorbell that wasn’t working. I ask that the person call when they were on the way to her house and once they get there. Robert did both. He called me to advise that the doorbell needs a battery. He went and purchased a special battery for the doorbell. He called me when he was five minutes away and he installed the battery. I paid him over the phone. Robert has wonderful communication skills and was very professional and kind. I will definitely be using Mister Sparky/ 5 Star Richmond!
