Michael Kramer did an incredible job at my house today. He installed around five light fixtures and a ceiling fan, and everything came out great. I work in property management and deal with contractors and vendors on a regular basis, so I know good work when I see it. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what he does. He went above and beyond and was easily one of the best electricians I’ve worked with. I've hired this company twice now, and both times they stood out as exceptional. They are open to showing me how they troubleshoot and I've learned a lot both times they came. First time they came out, an outlet was replaced. The second time they did an inspection to make sure there was no issue and investigated in the crawl space to make sure things were connected properly, free of charge. At no point did I feel like they were selling me something. They just want to make sure things were done correctly. I will definitely be calling them with any electrical issue in the future.
