Robert from 5 Star Richmond followed my instructions perfectly. I had called and put in a request to have someone check my elderly mom’s doorbell that wasn’t working. I ask that the person call when they were on the way to her house and once they get there. Robert did both. He called me to advise that the doorbell needs a battery.
