Electrical Panel Upgrades

Spencer was on time and very professional. His level of service was top-notch. I ordered the wrong ceiling fans, and he was very patient and provided me a valuable lesson in ordering the right ceiling fans. This is the second time I’ve used Mister Sparky And it will not be my last.

Spencer did another terrific job for us. He quickly and with great skill installed a light kit on our master bath heater and exhaust fans. Spencer is a champion of quality and customer service. His assistant was also a terrific.

I had a great experience with Josh and Pilar yesterday from Mister Sparky of Raleigh and Wake Forest. They came out to my home to install a 240v/50a NEMA 6-50R onto my existing panel in the garage. They quickly found that my panel wouldn't support it in the way I required for welding and pulled a new circuit to my garage from the main panel outside. During our review and conversation about the work required they also laid some wisdom on me that really helped me out! Everything from scheduling with Richard to Josh & Pilar arriving was smooth, timely and professional. I would recommend to friends and family and will use them going forward for all my electrical needs. A+

Josh was fantastic! Not only did he diagnose and fix an outdoor outlet issue, he took the time to ask me if there were any questions or other electrical items that I wasn't sure about. And he asked it genuinely, not just checking a box. In fact, we were interested in getting dimmer switches installed. No problem, they knocked it out! Pilar was there as well, and she did such an amazing job at working up a full safety inspection of our house along with things to keep an eye out for. I'm not the handiest person, and truly learned a lot from both Josh and Pilar. No doubt about it, I will use this company again.

I have a 40-year-old townhouse and stuff is starting to wear out, including two ceiling fans, a hallway light fixture and a bathroom fan. A neighbor recommended Mister Sparky so I reached out. I got an appointment within a couple of days and Spencer Hicks came out from Mister Sparky to look things over. He went through my list and did a safety check of the whole system (included with visits at no cost). I was happy when he didn't find anything else in need of immediate repair. He and his assistant, Pelor, were back today and got everything taken care of ... including a ceiling fan that broke down between their last visit and today. They were great people to work with and when they left, other than things working again, I wouldn't have known they were here -- thorough cleanup and they hauled away all of the refuse and packaging. I was impressed enough that I signed up for a one-year membership in the "Power Club," which got me a 15% discount on a substantial bill. Shortly after they left, the home office checked in with me to make sure everything had gone as expected, which I thought was quite a nice touch. All in all, it was a great experience and I highly recommend both the company and the two technicians who worked on my house. Like I said, stuff is wearing out around here, so I expect I'll see them again. (They also graciously put up with my sometimes overly friendly dog. He vouches for them, too.)
