We contacted Mr. Sparky when we needed a fuse replaced in our fuse box, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Josh was our electrician, and he arrived right on time. He was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain the repairs that were needed. We were so impressed with his work and professionalism that we went ahead and scheduled another appointment to have a generator plug installed. Big thanks to Josh and the entire Mr. Sparky team for great service—we highly recommend them!

Mohammed did a wonderful job with my home. He came to help with some general repairs and then came back to do the annual service. He is a wonderful person who takes his work seriously. Mr. Sparky's service has always been outstanding when I need electrical work completed. I highly recommend them.

We were extremely impressed with the knowledge & professionalism of the technicians that did our upgrades! Demarae, Jared, & Jacob all worked diligently until the job was done. They answered our questions & were very honest about our options regarding pricing. Also want to give recognition to the office personal (on call 24/7) who also kept in contact with me every step of the way. I was notified via text with a picture & an estimated time frame of when to expect the tech to arrive. They also answer on the 1st ring! Fantastic service. I had an electrical issue that needed resolved quickly. I called on Monday and the issue was resolved on Wednesday (New Years Eve)!!! The electrician (Muhammad) kept me updated throughout the day as to when he would arrive and he showed up right on time. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. Answered every question thoroughly and fixed the issue. Great service from the first call to their office to the time he left!! 10 stars! Greatly appreciated!

Muhammad of Mr. Sparky is top notch and very well educated and trained not only in his field of electrical work but also in customer service. He was able to pin point the problem I was having with my outlets and also found some additional issues that were related and he took the time to not only educate me on them but also encouraging me that they weren't emergencies but they could be fixed now but replaced and or updated later down the road for longevity. I was very appreciative for his time and great work I now have the information I was needing in order to move forward with some electrical work and I'm proud to say Mr. Sparky will definitely be doing the work for me and my family.
