Wow!!! Where do I start?? 5 Star Service from the beginning text with the company scheduler all the way to my two electricians! Beau & Tristen truly cared about the quality of work they were providing for us! Beau went above and beyond to get our service completed on a short timeline that I was needing to surprise my husband!!! He removed our old ceiling fan, installed the new one and completed a remote install for the fan! This particular install is for an incredibly tall ceiling in our living room that took either a lift or incredibly tall later. In addition, it was on a sloped ceiling that needed a particular install kit that did not come with the fan and was not available at nearby hardware stores. Beau went out of his way to find what we needed with one of their suppliers and was able to come finish the job the next morning - ON HIS DAY OFF! 😳 😭 🙏 THEN… He & Tristan put our new couch together and in place after his work was completed!!! I cannot thank he, Tristen and the Sparky Team enough for their incredible care, communication & quality of service! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Dakota and Romeo are excellent customer service techs and knowledgeable of what’s needed in the home. They gave a thorough estimate and immediately schedule for another rep to come do the light fixture installation. Beau is awesome in service and installation. What do you do when an improperly mounted chandelier suddenly falls from a 14 foot ceiling on a Saturday night, and dangles precariously by a wire? Call Mister Sparky! Dakota showed up to the house within a couple of hours. He was able to remove the chandelier that night, install a new smoke detector that was up high, answer questions, and inspect the fuse box. He also went into the attic to inspect two adjacent chandeliers and noticed that another was insuffiently mounted. He showed us pics and explained in detail why it was a problem. We decided to take the opportunity to replace all three lighting fixtures. Dakota made arrangements for the following day. Edgar called me at the scheduled time on Sunday. He arrived ready to work. He spent all day working and did a stellar job. Everyone at Mr Sparky was courteous, professional, and timely. We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend them.

Beau was very professional and did a very thorough job assessing my project and diagnosing potential issues. I was notified via text that he was on his way and he arrived on time and went straight to work. He conducted his inspection and then walked through all of my options and gave me a very specific breakdown of what each would entail and cost. He wasn’t pushy and gave me time to make a decision. I’m looking forward to seeing my project completed. Update: Edgar and Tanner showed up today to complete my project and went above and beyond to ensure everything was 100% to my satisfaction. They installed a new, 3-tier chandelier for my 20ft ceiling and even went the extra mile to make adjustments to the chandelier once it was installed. This was something they didn’t have to do, but offered to spend the extra time to make it right. There was also a piece missing and Tanner worked to fashion a piece that would work with the existing hardware. Once they were finished, I couldn’t tell they had even been there. Again, I highly recommend Mister Sparky and their crew of trained, knowledgeable, and courteous professionals.

Jordan Francher came to our home to provide an estimate, and we were extremely impressed. He arrived right on time and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He gave us valuable information about our electrical system and made sure we understood all of our options. Jordan was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. We truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone.
