Jim Kayel did an absolutely brilliant job here. Jim was here all day completing a laundry list of electrical projects. He was very easy to have in the house all day. He was professional in every way and very precise w his work. He cleaned up after himself. He was Superior!! I do recommend Mr Sparky, Jim Kayel in particular!! Many thanks to Jim Kayel!!
Tom was great! Very kind, considerate, understanding, and made sure when he came in and out of my home that my cats didn’t get out! He admitted that he’s more used to doing Ring doorbells, but was very respectful when we explained why we didn’t want that. Thanks Tom!
Tom was awesome! He was on time, very polite and friendly and very thorough in explaining the estimate and the work that needed to be done. The cost was more than reasonable and I believe in paying for great service. He also checked the circuit box and made some recommendations for the future if need be. I will definitely be using this company again and highly recommend them.
Akeem arrived at the designated time. He was polite, and pleasant to speak to. He explained clearly what the problem was and he also showed me certain main box issues that he recognized I lacked knowledge about as well as weatherproof box features. I needed a new outdoor electrical box and he only had the color white. If I wanted grey that would match nicely, he would get it. He left for a while and came back with the preferable grey color. I felt that was above and beyond as well as his overall very professional demeanor. A+ in customer service for Akeem.
I called Mr. Sparky because of ongoing issues my handyman couldnt resolve. The electrician Jim they sent out was fantastic and found the actual cause of the problem. He was extremely conscientious and pleasant to work with and got the issue solved the same day. Thank you Jim and Mr. Sparky!
