Mr. Sparky came today to complete a safety inspection on our residential electric panel. I chose Mr. Sparky since they have an amazing First Responders program which is such an impressive, generous community service. Gavin T did my inspection and his explanation of the findings was very detailed and informative. He seemed very young but his knowledge inspired confidence. His customer service was top notch and he seemed to put the customer's best interest at heart. I learned about their 5 year warranty, their top of the line products and their workers have clearances. Kevin was on time and very professional. We had no surge protection on our HVAC units or Main Breaker Panel outside. We also were having issues with exterior motion lighting. Lastly needed to install an 30 Amp RV outlet for our camper. Kevin took his time and recommend the best way to approach all aspects of these jobs. He also found some existing work done by another EC that was dangerous and shady.
