Big thanks to Jameson from Mister sparky! He was the first to come out and quickly figured out what was going on with my power issue. His professionalism and knowledge was impressive! Jameson took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be done. Because of his quick and accurate diagnosis, the repair went smoothly. I really appreciated his honesty, expertise, and friendly attitude. Highly recommend! Also big thanks to Sean! I can’t say enough good things about Sean! Hands down the happiest man I’ve ever meet! He went above and beyond to help me when my main underground electrical wire was accidentally cut. He showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and worked hard to get everything repaired safely and professionally. Their knowledge and dedication really stood out. We were in a bit of a panic as both the light switches that controlled our kitchen light stopped working at the same time. They were able to get Lane to come out the same day and he was fantastic. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He even noticed another issue we had and was able to get that fixed while he was here. We asked for him to be the one to come back in a few months and do our inspection. All around good vibes. 10/10 would recommend! The customer service at Mister Sparky in general was also great!

Nick called and updated me of his arrival time 30 minutes out. He was very professional and talked me thru options for my job. He did a great job installing my new can lights and moving my electrical outlets as well as inspecting my panel. He took great care in Cleaning up after his work in each area. I was extremely happy with Nick and the entire Mister Sparky experience. I will be having them do more for me in the future.

Highly recommend Chris Bevans of Mr. Sparky in Myrtle Beach. Have used him twice now for pendant lights in kitchen and an EV charging station. He is extremely knowledgeable, works fast and clean, and comes when scheduled.
