I can't recommend this company more highly. First of all - I needed an electrical emergency handled at my mother's condo in Freehold, NJ. She is elderly and currently at my home in Houston TX. So I needed it to be specifically coordinated to have my brother come from over 2 hours away in PA to be there for the diagnosis and hopefully get fixed on the same day. Needless to say - I was very surprised when a human answered their phone. Not an answering service, but a woman who actually was able to listen to my challenge with scheduling, and who was not only extremely authentic and compassionate about the situation, but also had actual ownership of the interaction. She sent me a text to confirm. She called the day of to make sure I knew the technician Chris was enroute. She followed up on this somewhat small job that was a big deal to me and my mother in a way most companies don't do anymore. Chris, the tech was punctual, efficient and professional. The fix was far less expensive and simpler than expected. But it was such a huge relief from the worry for my mom, that it was truly priceless. Not to mention - the difficulties I had (I'd called 4 other electricians, and one had actually cancelled on me). I was already so frustrated, that Mr. Sparky was an amazing breath of fresh air and I would recommend them to anyone in the area, and would use them again. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

A large tree branch recently fell and ripped the electrical service lines from the street to my house. I had experienced a similar situation not long ago, and the electrician I used then (who is very well known in the area) charged what I felt was an unreasonably high price. This time, I decided to try someone new—and I'm so glad I found Mr. Sparky! First, Jackie actually answered the phone. Every other electrical contractor I called sent me straight to voicemail. She told me that the owner, Dan, could come right over to assess the damage, and he arrived within 30 minutes. Not only was his estimate significantly more reasonable than what I'd paid previously, but he also assured me his crew would be ready to start as soon as JCP&L shut off the power at the street. Unfortunately, it took JCP&L three days to respond. But the moment the power was disconnected, Dan and his crew came right over and got to work. They were professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job restoring everything. Now for the part that really impressed me. Before JCP&L could restore power, the township electrical inspector had to approve the work. Dan called the inspector's office, and because of the outstanding reputation and professional relationship he has built with the township, the inspector arrived at my house in **two minutes**. Yes... **TWO MINUTES!** I don't think anyone has ever heard of a building inspector responding that quickly. The inspector approved the work on the spot, contacted JCP&L himself, and their crew returned later that day to reconnect our service and restore power. To me, that says everything. Dan doesn't just do excellent electrical work—he has earned the respect of the local inspectors through consistently high-quality workmanship and professionalism. Mr. Sparky was responsive, honest, fairly priced, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. In a stressful situation, Dan and his team made the entire process as smooth as possible. I don't write many online reviews because I rarely feel compelled to do so. But exceptional service deserves to be recognized. If I ever need electrical work again, I won't be calling anyone else. **Mr. Sparky has earned my business for life, and I recommend them without hesitation.**

An emergency situation and they actually answered the phone! Others I called were ai answering services, which no one returned the call. The emergency call fee was reasonable too for a Sunday. Appreciate Dan, he described the situation, fixed what was needed to get the power back on completely and answered all my questions. I recommend Mister Sparkey of Manalapan NJ. Joey and Chris were excellent, very prompt , quick and resolved the issue quickly. They call in advance to let you know they arrive. They finish the assignments very quickly and they gave me a lot of insight into electrical hazardous things,. Gave very good recommendations and suggestions. I was very happy and loved the work they did. They were so great that I decided to rebook them again to install an electric heater and to install more lights again. The work exceeded my expectations, this is my 2nd time rehiring Mr sparky. I will rehire them a few more times but these are my go to electricans. They installed several lights into my garage because I couldn’t see to well , now It’s bright and I love it .

Super prompt response, professional, thorough and highly knowledgeable. Worked to fix my breaker box on an emergency basis. Highly recommend, very satisfied, and already have an appointment with them for an upgrade. Excellent service. Adding another review as Mr. Sparky returned last week for a fully upgraded replacement of my aging and failing breaker box after responding to my weekend emergency call. Wanted to formally thank Dan, Jackie and Ryan for their outstanding service. Everything was explained in detail, and the work was finished meticulously and on time.
