Mr. Sparky was the electrician recommended by the pool company. They walked us through the inspection process, gave us a fair price (based on other electrical work we’ve had done), showed up on time, finished the job same day even though it took about four hours more than expected. They were a courteous crew, answered all my questions including “ what haven’t I asked but need to know”, went above and beyond with set up and clean up. AND could recommend a vendor for storm water management that could possibly affect the work they did. I appreciate the thoroughness and attention to detail.
We used them to install a 60-foot power line for our new electric pool heater, including a trench for the line, and a new load shed module. All work was timely and professional. Everything passed inspections with no issues. Our thanks to Jackie in the office, Ryan the electrician, and Dan, the owner, for their fine work. They also are well respected by the town inspectors. Not everyone is.
I had three new circuits and GCFI receptacles added in three bathrooms and the work took all day because it gets very tricky to retrofit without causing too much damage in the process. Ryan and Christian were great and took good care to find the right pathways that would get the job done with very little patching up afterwards. They were patient and considerate regarding my preferences and worked tirelessly throughout the day. I am very happy and satisfied with the results. If these guys are a reflection of the quality technicians Mr. Sparky has to offer, I will feel completely confident in hiring this company for all of my electrical needs in the future. The work was great and the price was fair and reasonable.
