Neighbors tree limb fell on power line coming into our house ripping service panel and everything off the house on a Sunday evening. Mister Sparky electrician (Tristan) promptly arrived, assessed the situation, diligently explained everything that would need to be done and answered all questions and concerns. Rodney came out to give us an estimate on a whole home generator install, and I was immediately impressed by how knowledgeable and professional he was. Rodney was on time and very professional. He did a thorough inspection and gave us options on what he thought needed to be updated according to code. Our house is older so we thought it would be best to do some updating for safety. He installed a ceiling fan and a surge protector and smoke alarm. We signed up for the membership which gave us a discount. Rodney did good work and was very informative about electrical safety. 10/10 would recommend.
