Rodney came out to give us an estimate on a whole home generator install, and I was immediately impressed by how knowledgeable and professional he was. He was also so pleasant to work with that I ended up having him take care of some additional electrical work on the spot. Everything was done quickly, neatly, and with great attention to detail. Mr Conrad (Owner/Manager) and I had an intended conversation about the work an additional cost to finish the job, and I explained to him I thought it was to high of a Cost! So he said to me, let me see what I can do. He explained everything that went into completing the job and we were able to come to an agreement that satisfied me. Rodney was on time and very professional. He did a thorough inspection and gave us options on what he thought needed to be updated according to code. Our house is older so we thought it would be best to do some updating for safety. He installed a ceiling fan and a surge protector and smoke alarm. We signed up for the membership which gave us a discount. Rodney did good work and was very informative about electrical safety. 10/10 would recommend.
